Description
About the presenters

This practical session takes you inside how AI works with your organisation's data. You'll see live examples of well-structured versus messy data and the dramatically different outputs they produce, then learn simple frameworks to check whether AI-generated insights are actually correct. We'll also cover the ethical boundaries every NFP should have around data and AI, including how to handle PII, consent and bias. You'll leave with a practical toolkit to start applying AI to your data work straight away.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Explain why data quality and structure matter, and how they affect AI output.
  • Apply simple evaluation frameworks to assess whether AI-generated insights are accurate and trustworthy.
  • Identify the ethical considerations around using organisational data with AI, including PII, consent, bias and policy boundaries.
