Description
About the presenters

This session focuses on Claude Projects and Skills, the two features that turn Claude into a custom AI assistant that already understands how your organisation works. You'll learn how to build a Project that holds your style guide, donor information, program details and impact framework, so every conversation inside it is grounded in your context. We'll then explore Skills, reusable workflows that trigger automatically for recurring tasks like grant drafting, social media content and board paper formatting. A well-built Project saves hours of repeated explanation and ensures consistency across staff and volunteers.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Build a working Project tailored to a specific NFP function, including style guides, donor information and program details.
  • Create reusable Skills that capture your organisation's voice and automate recurring tasks like grant drafting and board paper formatting.
  • Apply context engineering principles to identify your highest-value workflows and ensure consistent, on-brand AI output across staff and volunteers.
