Description
About the presenters

This 60 minute webinar walks you through the Claude chat interface and the everyday features that make the biggest difference: web search, Deep Research, custom Styles, conversation memory, Artifacts and the growing library of Connectors that link Claude directly to Gmail, Google Drive and Microsoft 365. We'll also cover when to use each of the Claude models, Opus, Sonnet and Haiku, and how Claude compares to other AI assistants you may already be using. Examples throughout are drawn from real NFP scenarios: researching a grant opportunity, drafting donor correspondence and pulling together a quick board update.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Navigate the Claude interface and select the right model for the task at hand.
  • Apply web search, Deep Research, and custom Styles to support grant research, donor correspondence, and everyday NFP work.
  • Connect Claude to Gmail and Google Drive to build the foundational habits that lead to better AI output.
